Orchid Lake Village Unit 10 HOA is a family friendly deed-restricted community located in the beautiful Gulf coast city of Port Richey, Florida.
Orchid Lake Village Unit #10 is the last unit built of the ten unit, 3 phase community. Unit 10 consists of seven streets of one-family homes and was founded by Regency Communities in the late 1980’s and has been deed restricted and incorporated since its inception.
